Happy New Year!

Sunday, January 3rd, 2010

Happy New Year to all of our Friends and Fans!  It’s a brand new year and a brand new decade and we can’t wait to rock the hell out of both!  We have had great success over 2009 with the release of our first EP, and with the support of all of you!

2009 was an awesome year for VTU thanks to Gil of Gil’s Bar and Grill and Kevin Blair of Hell’s Kitchen for always having a venue for VTU to rock out in, all the bands we have shared the stage with including Blackout Seven, Deadpenny, The Tipping Point, City Voices and The Gloom… And of course our fans and friends.

For 2010 we are looking forward to writing new material and expanding our reach to even more places.  We would love your support to get us on local festivals for 2010 like Harborfest, American Music Festival, and ECSC.  We can’t do it without you and we hope you’ll continue coming out and rocking with us in this new year.

We would like to thank everyone that made it out to Hell’s Kitchen in Norfolk last night. We had a tremendous show and a ton of fun! We hope everyone had a blast and are enjoying the brand new VTU cd.

If you didn’t get you cd yet, watch for a show near you soon to get it!

Thanks For Last Night

Sunday, June 21st, 2009

We’d like to thank everyone that made it out to Gil’s last night for the birthday bash.  We had a blast, and it was by far one of the best shows at Gil’s we’ve ever been a part of!  We also want to again thank Gil for inviting us to be on what was one hell of a local line up featuring Revery, New Skin and Jam Pain Society.  We packed the place out from start to finish.

That brings us to our next show happening this Friday, June 26th, at Hell’s Kitchen in Norfolk.  As you know, we are releasing our debut CD called The Tragic Life of Karl Korbin.  We will have the CD’s there for sale, so everyone should make it there.  It will be a kick ass show featuring all of our original material and our favorite songs and maybe a few special guests.  We can’t wait to get the CD in to your hands.  We will see you on Friday!
